The Cellar - The Kitchen And The Refectory
There are three doors side by side. You can pass through one anather. The first building has been used as the cellar. There are small shelf-like notches on the wall used for the storage of food. The second building which has been used as kitchen, is between the cellar and the refectory. There is an oven which is made of a kind of soil called tandır and still used in villages.
The third part is the refectory. There are a big table made of stone and a bench for nearly 40-50 people around it. At one end of the table, there is a niche and it serves an authoritative person to sit there. On the right of the table, there is a place made for juicing grapes and there are shelf-like notches on the walls made for placing food in them.
