Small Chapel (Chapel Of St. Basil)

It is a church without a plate which is located to the left of the fountain opposite the entrance of Göreme Open Air Mesueum.

There is a big apse on the left side of the basilica style building with barrel vault and are two small apses on both sides. On the walls, figures from iconoclastic periods and paintings made upon them directly without using a mortar can be seen.On the narrow side of the area St. George and St. Theodor, Christ was described on the apse and Virgin Mary with Christ in her arms between two apses.
